3) Quotes & Payments
- Quotes may be estimates until diagnostics or scope confirmation is completed.
- Some projects may require a deposit before work begins.
- Payments are due according to the agreed invoice terms.
4) Warranties
- Repair and installation warranties (if provided) apply only to the work performed and stated parts, and exclude misuse or third-party modifications.
- Software projects may include a limited bug-fix period (as defined in your project agreement).
5) Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about devices, environments, and requirements.
- Backup important data before handing over devices (unless data recovery is explicitly part of the job).
- Ensure you have the rights to any content/software you provide to us.
6) Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, TechnoDox retains rights to pre-existing tools, templates, and know-how used to deliver services. Upon full payment, you receive the agreed deliverables and usage rights described in your project agreement.
7) Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechnoDox is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or services if misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity is suspected. Either party may terminate a project according to the written project agreement (if applicable).
